My finger - part 1

Well seeing as this is 'blogging' is a form of diary, I thought I'd note the date my index finger (right hand) decided to keep me awake all night, and try and record how long it takes for it to re-shape itself (personally, I give it a good 8 weeks). I'm still not quite sure what the medical term is for this painful process, but I know it's look is described as 'clubbing' by the doctors when it's finished. Maybe I should go 'clubbing' more often to prevent it happening...
