5 Weeks til Christmas!!

Firstly I must congratulate the Waggotts on the arrival of their beautiful baby girl, Matilda. Well done all! Can't wait to go see them all next week.

So the post-holiday blues took about a week to go, although I still have pangs of disappointment about not being there. But mostly I've been keeping myself busy (now there's a surprise I hear you all cry!) What with going back to work, eurgghh, and getting my birthday plans a little more organised, I don't actually feel like I've been away!

I've had a couple of wild nights out with Claire and Dan, the last being a trip to APT (James and Lex were there too) in London - very entertaining, and very drunk! It's amazing what a few vodkas can do, my chat-up lines have come on a long way, the latest being (to two blokes) 'are you a couple?' ha ha I'm so funny! It seems to work though, it gets you talking, even if they do hate you for a few minutes after the initial shock of being asked that!

Last night I had the girls round for a Body Shop party, where I managed to earn myself £50 worth of freebies, and £50 worth of stuff at half price - that can't be bad for just providing a warm cosy venue with alcohol!
